Refund Protocol

We do not use Route or third-party insurance. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it. Period.

Potency & Effectiveness

We include a 150mg "Super Taster" sample and test strips in every order for a reason. High tolerance users may not feel the standard 60mg dose immediately.

Please use the Super Taster to calibrate your tolerance before requesting a refund based on potency. If it still doesn't work for you, contact us for a full refund.

Standard refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
